What counts as a "VAT return"?

A VAT return is counted when you initiate a return for a tax period. Each return consumes one credit from your monthly quota, even if not submitted through the platform.

Do unused returns roll over?

No. Unused returns expire at the end of each month and do not roll over to subsequent months.

Can I upgrade mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Your new return allocation is available right away.

What happens if I reach my limit?

You'll see a clear message and can purchase an add-on pack (AED 750 for 10 returns) or upgrade your plan to continue.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

How is billing handled?

Billing is monthly, charged at the start of each month. Add-on packs are charged immediately upon purchase. All prices are in AED and exclude 5% UAE VAT.

Can I get a refund?
